Valley View, OH – In a continuing effort to best serve readers and advertising customers, GIE Media Inc. has announced the expansion of Renewable Energy from Waste (REW) magazine into a comprehensive waste and environmental services publication, Waste Today.

The new publication, which will debut with a January/February 2017 issue, will have a six-time frequency in 2017. The magazine will be delivered in a print and digital platform. It will be complemented by a dedicated website, WasteTodayMagazine.com, and a weekly e-newsletter also launching in 2017.

The magazine, a sister publication to Recycling Today, Recycling Today Global Edition and Construction & Demolition Recycling, will boast an editorial team with some 100 years of waste and recycling industry reporting experience. "Our editorial team is the largest group of professional journalists dedicated to covering the waste and recycling industry," Keefe says.
The new publication will cover collection and transfer, organics, recycling, conversion technologies, Waste, landfill management, special and hazardous waste, markets and contracting, mergers and acquisitions and more — all aspects of the industry. It will offer industry marketers a circulation reach to some 25,000 industry decision-makers.
Specific event details and schedules will be announced in the coming weeks.
